I want to hold an event on Fountain Square. What do I do?

How do I submit video content for the Fountain Square LED video board?
Start by reading the Content Guidelines and Technical Requirements on the Submit Content for the LED Board page. The guidelines apply whether you are submitting content for a specific event or for general rotation. Each piece of content should be accompanied by a Submission Form (also on the page above) so we know what it is, who it’s from, and the dates you are requesting it to be run.
I represent a band or performing artist who would like to perform at one of the music events on Fountain Square. What do I do?
We are currently accepting submissions for consideration for the 2012 season. Click HERE to submit your EPK. The submission process will end May 31, 2012.
By the end of June 2012, bands that submitted will be notified of their status; however, there are cancellations and new events produced each year so bands may be contacted at any time during the year.
Please note: Fountain Square Management Group LLC is a private, not-for-profit organization that raises private funds to produce events on Fountain Square. There is no guarantee that submitting for consideration will garner a booking. Fountain Square is a public space and any individual or group may take out a permit to produce an event on an available date. For more information, go to Booking an Event.
How do I donate my tree to Fountain Square for the holidays?
Fountain Square Management professionally sources the holiday tree for the Square; however, picturesque trees that are over 65 feet tall (5 to 6 stories) will be considered. Please send a photo of the tree for consideration to info@myfountainsquare.com. Make sure the photo includes a point of reference so tree height can be determined.
When is the skating rink open?
The rink is open from Thanksgiving Day through late February. For more information about the rink, please click here.

What size skates are available for rental?
Our rental skates range in size from a kids’ 10T to a men’s size 13. Specifically, we have:
- Toddlers size 10-11
- Junior (kids) size 12-4
- Ladies size 5-13
- Mens size 5-13
Skates are rented first-come, first-serve. If we are out of your size, we will offer a similar size if available or wait until more skates are returned.
