2011 Fish Toss Event:
In Seattle, fish tossing at the Pike Place Market is a top tourist draw. In Cincinnati, it’s another wacky contest that brings people out to Fountain Square.
Teams of four people have 60 seconds to toss whole, raw fish from person to person down a 50-foot course. The team that gets the most fish all the way down the line wins four $20 gift cards to Via Vite and a trophy.
Congrats to “For the Halibut” for winning the 2012′s Fish Toss! They passed 25 smelly fish down a 50-foot course in 60 seconds!
