Submit Content for the LED Board

Thanks for your interest in submitting video and still-image content for the Fountain Square LED Video Board. We actively seek original content that showcases Cincinnati’s assets; promotes Cincinnati festivals, events, sports, and arts; and educates and informs visitors and residents. There is no cost to have content shown on the LED board, as long as it meets our guidelines and technical specs and is intended for general rotation.

Fountain Square can run a personal message (anniversary, birthday, marriage proposal), provided that it does not conflict with an event or previously scheduled board program. The fee is $100 for up to five minutes. (If you prefer, we can create the content for you for an additional fee.) Acceptance of content is at the sole discretion of Fountain Square Management Group. You will be contacted to confirm date and time.

Finally, planners of events on the Square are encouraged to use the video board to enhance your event with, for example, live camera coverage, pre-recorded video and/or still images to be displayed during your event. Our video services are listed in the Services Menu & Order Form.

We ask that video content be submitted at least two weeks prior to the run date.

5. Upload your image/video content – (click ‘upload’ to be redirected to our dropbox)
