The Rookwood Pottery Company offers a special Fountain Square rededication plaque.
Each plaque is created from the master molds of Earl Rubin Menzel, one of Rookwood Pottery’s original Master Sculptors. Mr. Menzel took his inspiration from an etching of Fountain Square and a poem by Caroline Williams entitled “The Boy on the Fountain.”
Each plaque is hand-crafted, glazed and fired by master craftsmen using unique clay formulas and the “Rookwood Glaze,” a formula true to original Rookwood specifications. Plaques may be framed or unframed.
